Huron Valley School’s Driver Education Program is a year-round program. The classes are held at both MHS & LHS during the school year. The summer classes are held only at MHS. You can find upcoming dates by picking up an application in the main office of both schools or calling Bev at (248) 684-8065


Segment One consists of 24 hours of classroom and 6 hours of driving time. The student must be 14 years, 8 months to begin the class. The cost is $299.

Segment Two consists of 6 hours of classroom; 2 hours a day for 3 days. Applications in the main office will give you an approximate date for upcoming classes. The cost is $50. If you took Segment One with Huron Valley Schools before January 2009 or if you paid $350, your Segment Two has already been paid for.

Our instructors make sure your student gets the 24 hours of classroom and the 6 hours of behind the wheel training that is required by the State of Michigan.
